RECRUITMENT
TIG's recruitment services include consultation with the client company to craft the position description, determination of competitive compensation schemes, identification and preliminary screening of numerous possible candidates (most of whom are not actively seeking new employment), in-depth personal interviews with selected candidates, detailed reference checks, administration of scientifically validated personality assessments, negotiation of compensation packages, and a wide array of other steps necessary to secure the best possible talent. All work on a client's behalf is handled by a TIG principal.

COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT
TIG's coaching and development services include 360-degree assessments of an executive's performance, use of scientifically validated personality tools to identify areas where further development is needed or where unidentified risks might lie, and one-on-one coaching from a TIG principal with significant coaching and executive experience.
